Terms & conditions

We understand that every investment in your business is expense and we want you to feel comfortable investing in our courses. We also encourage you to give your best effort to apply course lessons to your business. That is why to apply for a refund, you must demonstrate that you have attempted to implement the program without success within 30 days from the course purchase. To meet the refund requirement, you must submit the proof that you did your best effort to implement the course lessons and it did not work for your business (see details below) .

To be eligible for a refund, you will have to provide:
- proof of completed course
- filled out support docs (worksheets) & your content library (social media planning template)
- screenshots of your primary social media platform prior taking the course & after implementing what you learned in the course 
- screenshots of emails with questions you had with the course and proof that you applied the advice I gave you
- detailed explanation of what exactly you applied & why you are requesting refund

You can apply for a refund within 30 days of enrollment by contacting michaela@smallbizbabescommunity.com. You must include your request for a refund and attach all the proof material mentioned above. You will not be refunded if you request a refund and do not include the proof by the 30th day. After day 30, all payments are non-refundable.

Upon determining that you are entitled to a cancellation/refund pursuant to this policy, Small Biz Babes Community Inc. will issue a refund instruction to its payment processor to issue the refund.

If you receive a refund of your purchase through the terms and conditions, that shall immediately terminate any and all licenses granted you to use the material provided to you under these Terms of Use or any other agreement. You shall immediately cease using the material and destroy all copies of the information and course materials provided to you.

Due to the digital character of the program, we do not provide a refund, if you change your mind without implementing course lessons.
